My Favorite Summer Sweet Treats

Hey Reader,

Summer fruits are at their best right now, and as much as I love snacking on them fresh from the store, I always end up baking with them, too. A little effort turns peaches, mangoes, and cherries into desserts no one can resist.

These four fruity summer desserts range from no-bake to barely-bake, so there's something here whether you want to turn on the oven or avoid it completely in this heat.

My Fave Fruity Summer Desserts

You can make Mango Custard with a few ripe mangoes or even frozen mango. The custard base is silky and just sweet enough and is ridiculously easy to make.

My mom used to make this German dessert that I fully admit we mispronounced throughout my childhood. Peach Kuchen uses fresh peach slices with a perfect buttery crust to make a treat we love for dessert - and then enjoy at breakfast the next day.

Blueberry Pudding Cake is one of my favorite summer desserts, and it's pretty much a dump-and-go recipe. It's simple and delicious and always a hit for any potluck or Sunday dinner.

You've probably had lemon curd, but did you know you can make all sorts of fruit curd? Strawberry Curd is absolutely perfect to use as a dip for other fruit or to top your pancakes or waffles.

Happy Cooking,
Michelle
